International Find the Good Day: A Celebration of Compassion, Community, and Positive Change

Now more than ever, the world needs greater optimism, positivity, and resilience. Coming September 18, 2025, and throughout the month of September, the Junior League of Springfield (JLS) will be celebrating International Find the Good Day! Find the Good Day is not just a date on the calendar; it’s a movement that reflects the timeless spirit of Junior Leagues – a legacy of kindness, empowerment, and community transformation. Together, we aim to make a difference by embracing the power of unity, positive change, and finding the good.

Celebrate with Us

JLS Events (September 18–20, 2025)

• Thursday, Sept. 18 – Find the Good Day
  • 5:30 p.m.: Drew Lewis Volunteer Service Project with JLS members
  • Delivery of donations to Care to Learn. JLS will collect feminine hygiene products such as pads, tampons, liners, and baby wipes for local youth from September 1 – 17.  Feel free to drop off any donations at our headquarters (1740 S Glenstone Ave, Suite R Springfield, MO 65804) during business hours (9am-2pm).
• Friday, Sept. 19 – Community Open House
  • 7:30 a.m.: An informational session for potential 2026–27 community partners to connect with JLS and explore collaboration opportunities. Email prd@jlspringfield.org for more information.
• Saturday, Sept. 20 – Kendra Scott Give Back Event
  • 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.: Join us in person to shop with purpose at our local Kendra Scott store – Kendra Scott will donate a percentage of sales back to JLS. Use code GIVEBACK-JSUZU online!
